"Hi everyone! I'm very eager to serve all of you some of the healthiest and tastiest Korean food. Korean culture and preparation of food has been in existence for thousands of years, and my ancestors have found wise methods to ensure the food from the Earth is properly handled and created. As a chef, I maintain this tradition in my cooking by doing the following:

- I go six days each week to find fresh ingredients from the best sources in the Twin Cities.
- During the warmer months in Minnesota, I go four days a week to Farmer's Markets and select the highest quality vegetables.
- I don't use MSG when I cook.
- I am committed to using local ingredients whenever possible.
- Everything I serve is homemade - nothing is pre-packaged, not even the kimchi (김치) or the toasted seaweed (김).
